Fontana View Properties Homeowners Association, Inc. is a North Carolina corporation, which was founded on September 8, 1999 by Fontatana View Properties in order to serve our Homeowners and Community. Our Annual Homeowners Association meeting is always the 4th Saturday in October. The Fontana View Properties neighborhood is approximately 294 acres in size and is located near Almond, NC in western Swain County. Swain County is located in the western part of North Carolina in the Great Smoky Mountains area and has a larger proportion of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park than any other county in North Carolina or Tennessee.
